In Gyanshala we encourage our students not to pursue the goal of getting a certificate, but to learn
German properly! You can spend years cramming for exams, but still, struggle to use the language in
the real world outside of the classroom. That’s why we are using the communicative approach in
teaching German that focuses on:
• Knowledge of grammar and vocabulary.
• Ability to say appropriate things in different situations.
• Ability to start, enter, run, and end a conversation.
• Ability to communicate effectively and fix any communication issues.
To reach all these goals we use the best study materials created by native German experts. We also
doing our best to give our students as much understanding of German culture and mentality as
possible. All these result in firm knowledge of the language and good communication skills. At the
same time of course, we don’t ignore the necessity to get an internationally recognized diploma and
help our students to prepare for any German exam of their choice (Goethe, TELC, ECL etc.)
